6 HOURS OF TECH TIME
Tech Time can be used for optimization of your current system, which includes programming changes, maintenance checks, system and rack cleaning, audio/video calibration, system troubleshooting, and other services to ensure your system is working at its peak potential as outlined below.
Upon acceptance of the agreement with your approval, we will schedule semi-annual on-site maintenance visits to complete a system tune-up. During these visits we will update the software on main system components, adjust and attach IR emitters, check all zones for proper functionality, test all remotes for control, clean equipment in racking systems, test Wi-Fi speeds throughout your home, check subsystem integration for control and proper performance, and calibrate all audio and video zones. We want to make sure you are getting the most out of your system.
RAPID RESPONSE & SERVICE
Our on-staff service technician will return all calls and emails within a two-hour window to help with any of your service needs. With our remote management software many of your issues will be resolved without having to send out a technician, but if an on-site visit is required, it will be handled within a 24 hour period. The plan also includes the use of loaner equipment in the event of a defective product, if available.
REGULAR SOFTWARE & FIRMWARE UPDATES
Included in the plan are regular software and firmware updates that will be performed based on the manufacturer’s recommendations. These updates generally strengthen the product performance by completing bug fixes, adding new features, and enhancing security. The updates can be essential to your system’s performance and with our remote management software, we will be able to consistently update your equipment without using any tech time.
REDUCED LABOR RATE
For all new installations and additional service hours, there will be a reduced labor rate of 20% for clients with our performance plan.
ACTIVE REMOTE MANAGEMENT
With the use of our OVRC Pro Hub ($300.00 value included), we will be actively monitoring your system and network on a daily basis to ensure everything is working at its peak performance. With this service, we will be constantly watching your system to make sure everything is online and functioning properly. This service includes product reboots, software or firmware updates, and the use of other network tools to keep your products online. In addition, OVRC Home is included, which is an application on your phone that will allow you to reboot devices in your system to give you some extra control.
